1. The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR. No.
1423/2015, registered at Police Station Dabri for offences under Sections
498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860,1 as well as all consequential
proceedings emanating therefrom. This request is made in light of the
amicable settlement reached between the parties, as evidenced by the
Memorandum of Understanding/ Agreement of Settlement executed on 25th
March, 2025, between Petitioner No. 1 and Respondent No. 2/ Complainant.
A copy of the aforementioned Settlement Agreement has been duly placed
on record.
