1. In the instant petition, petitioner herein has invoked the inherent jurisdiction
of this Court under Section 482 CrPC/528 BNSS, for quashing of FIR No.
0066/2023, registered with Police Station Doda, for commission of offences
punishable under Section 420 IPC, and consequent charge sheet No.
114/2023 dated 23.08.2023, pending before the court of learned Chief
Judicial Magistrate, Doda, in case titled “UT of J&K v. Waseem Ahmed
and others.”
2. Notice.
3. Mr. Sumeet Bhatia, learned counsel appearing vice Mrs. Monika Kohli,
learned Sr. AAG waived notice on behalf of respondent No. 1. He seeks and
is granted three weeks’ time for filing objections.
4. Notice be sent to respondent No. 2, returnable within four weeks. Requisites
for service of the respondent within one week.
5. List on 18.02.2025.

6. In the event objections are not filed within the stipulated time, interim
application of the petitioner will be considered on the next date of hearing.
