The Private Complaint is filed by the Complainant under
Section 200 of Cr.P.C against the accused alleging that he has
committed the offence punishable under Section 138 of
Negotiable Instruments Act.
2. The brief facts of the complaint are as follows:
The complainant submits that he and the Accused have
previously served the Indian Army together for several years
and have been friends ever since. Out of acquaintance, the
Accused approached him for a handloan of Rs.3 lakhs to
overcome his financial burden. The Accused has promised to
repay the said within a period of 3 years. Considering the
request of the Accused, he has paid Rs.3 lakhs to the Accused
as hand loan in the following dates;
