The Police Inspector of R.T. Nagara Police Station
submitted charge sheet against accused No.1 and 2
for the offences punishable under Section 419, 420
read with Section 34 of IPC and Section 66(C), 66(D)
of Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. Prosecution Case: On 17-09-2018 at 12.30
pm, the accused No.1 and 2 with dishonest intention
to deceive the CW1 namely Sri Mayura Angadi came
to the office bearing No.118/18, Mayur Transport, III
Cross, Ganganagar, within the limits of R T Nagar
Police Station, Bengaluru City, claiming to be that
they are employees from Lead Management System
Company and they would provide transport and
courier business and took CW1’s mobile phone,
downloaded 2 Apps and asked him to pay Rs.200/-
through his card. Further, the accused persons
swiped CW1’s Citibank credit card and SBI debit card

and returned them by stating that the cards were not
working, however later defrauded CW1 by making an
online transaction of Rs.63,000/- from his account.
