05/25.08.2025 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as
well as the learned counsel appearing for the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with
Narkopi P.S. Case No.38 of 2023, for the alleged offences registered
under Sections 147, 149, 225, 353, 342, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal
Code pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class,
Ranchi.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the
petitioner has earlier moved before this Court in ABA No.1416 of 2024
and the anticipatory bail of the petitioner was withdrawn by order
dated 05.07.2024. He submits that there are general and omnibus
allegation against 70 to 80 persons and the allegations are made that
those persons were agitating for taking away Sarfaraz Ansari by the
police. He submits that the other co-accused persons have been
granted anticipatory bail in ABA Nos.859 of 2025, 2236 of 2025 and

4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer
and submits that earlier the petitioner has withdrawn the anticipatory
bail and now it has been filed.
5. It transpires that subsequently the other co-accused persons
have been granted anticipatory bail and the allegations are made that
70 to 80 persons were agitating for taking away one Sarfaraz Ansari
by the police and in the change circumstances the second anticipatory
bail can be maintained and the allegation against the petitioner as of
the petitioners of the ABAs who have been granted anticipatory bail.
In the attending facts and circumstances of this case, I am inclined to
provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to
surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and
in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall
be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees
Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to
the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ranchi in
connection with Narkopi P.S. Case No.38 of 2023, subject to the
conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik
Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
