Learned counsel for the applicants, Mr. N. Mahendra is
present before this Court physically in the proceeding of MC(WA) No. 81 of
2018 which is connected with the proceedings of MC(WA) No. 80 of 2018
and W.A. No. 63 of 2018.
Whereas, learned senior counsel for the respondent No. 8,
Mr. N. Jotendro is present before this Court physically.
However, learned counsel for the applicants, Mr. N. Mahendra
in the concerned maters, is seeking a short accommodation on the premises
that he wants to file necessary application for taking appropriate process
against the respondents No. 20, 35, 37, 73 and 92 through paper publication.
Keeping in view of the submission made by the learned
counsel for the applicants in this matters are concerned, it is deemed
appropriate that the counsel be permitted to file necessary application under
the provision of Order 5 Rule 20 (1A) of CPC for taking appropriate process
through paper publication.
Hence, these matters would be listed on 20.08.2025.
