Vide order dated 25.04.2025, this Court had granted
16:52:20 IST
Reason:

interim bail to the petitioner upto 16.05.2025. The

counter affidavit of the State is not on record,

though Mr. Abhishek Kumar Gupta, learned counsel

appearing for the State, has opposed the prayer for

bail of the petitioner.

Considering the period of incarceration of the

petitioner and the entire facts and circumstances of

this case, we are of the opinion that a case of

regular bail is made out for the petitioner and

therefore, the prayer for bail is allowed.

Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be

released on bail on the usual terms and conditions to

be decided by the concerned Court.

The present Special Leave Petition shall stand

disposed of in the above terms along with pending

application(s), if any.
