1. Application for discharge of erstwhile advocate-on-record

is allowed.

2. The petitioner-wife has filed the petition under Section 25

of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 read with Order XLI of the

Supreme Court Rules, 2013 before this Court seeking transfer of

case being HMA Petition No. 69 of 2022 titled as “Amit Garg vs

Megha Singhal” filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act,

1955 pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautam

Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh to the Court of Principal Judge,

Family Court, Bengaluru, Karnataka.

3. During the pendency of aforesaid transfer petition, the

parties were referred to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre vide

order dated 27.02.2025. By virtue of the mediation, the parties

have arrived at a settlement and they have decided to part ways

on certain terms and conditions which are delineated in the

settlement agreement dated 20.05.2025 which has been signed by

both the parties, counsel for the respondent and the Mediator,

copy of which has been filed by the Supreme Court Mediation

Centre.
