1. This bail application has been filed by the petitioner under
Section 483 B.N.S.S. in connection with FIR No. 347/2024
registered at Police Station- Sadar Tonk, District Tonk for
offence(s) under Sections 262 of B.N.S. and Section 3 of
Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act.
2. Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the bail application on the
ground of three criminal antecedents against the petitioner.
3. Having considered the nature of allegation and the facts that
petitioner is in custody since 03.03.2025 and charge-sheet has
been filed, but without commenting on merits of the case, this
Court deems it just and proper to release petitioner on bail subject
to condition.
4. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is ordered
that accused-petitioner Meghraj Alias Meghu S/o Kajod shall

be released on bail provided, he furnishes a personal bond in the
sum of Rs.50,000/- each with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- to the
satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for his appearance before
the court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called
upon to do so.
5. In addition to above mentioned conditions, petitioner is
directed to mark his attendance before the concerned Police
Station i.e. Police Station- Sadar, District Tonk in the first week of
every three months. Further, in view of pendency of cases against
the petitioner, it is made clear that if the petitioner is found
involved in any similar offence, during bail granted by this Court
or breach of any of the condition is reported or come to the notice
of the Court, the same shall be a reason for the trial Court to
cancel the bail, granted by this Court.
