This interlocutory application has been filed by the appellant, praying
therein to modify the condition for bail to the limited extent that the appellant
may be released on the condition of personal bond during the pendency of this
appeal.
2 The appellant has been convicted under Sections 302/201/34 of IPC
in of S.T. No. 225 of 2019 arising out of M.G.M. P.S. Case No. 71/2018
corresponding to G.R. Case No. 68/2019. He has been sentenced to undergo
rigorous imprisonment for life and a fine of Rs. 10,000/- for the offence under
Section 302/34 of IPC and in in case of default in payment of fine, further R.I.
of two years and five years R.I. for the offence under Section 201/34 with fine
of Rs. 5000/- and in default of payment of fine, further R.I. for 6 months.
