This appeal challenges the order dated 11.03.2025
passed by the High Court at Calcutta in CRM (NDPS) No. 225
of 2025.
The appellants herein have been booked for the crime
registered pursuant to FIR No. 08/2024, dated 13.04.2024
lodged with Police Station Andal GRPS, District Howrah GRP
for the offences punishable under Sections 21(c), 27A, 29
of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act,
1985 (“NDPS” for short).
The appellants preferred an application before the
High Court seeking regular bail. The said application for
regular bail has been rejected by the High Court vide
impugned order dated 11.03.2025. Hence, the instant appeal
has been preferred.
