3. It is informed by learned A.G.A. that the Bar Association of Allahabad High Court has passed a resolution that all members of Bar will abstain from judicial work today.
4. The present application has been filed to quash the entire proceeding of Crl. Case No. 25069 of 2022 (State Vs. Neelam Yadav and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 269 of 2020 u/s 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 352, 427 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station- Lalpur Pandeypur, Varanasi, pending in the court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, F.T.C., Varanasi.
5. Facts giving rise to the present controversy are that applicant no. 1 is husband of opposite party no. 2 and matrimonial discord between them has culminated into present proceedings which is under challenge.
