1. Heard learned Senior counsel for the petitioner and

learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of

regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial no.1013 of 2025,

arising out of Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case no. 597 of 2024

registered under sections 103(1), 61(2), 351(2), 3(5) of the

Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along

with other accused and 5-6 unknown persons came at the house

of the informant and resorted to firing upon the informant’s

husband from desi katta as a result of which he died on way to

the hospital.

4. Learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner

submits that besides the petitioner having a good case on merits,

the earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide

order dated 14.2.2025 (Annexure-1) passed in Cr. Misc. no.3149

of 2025 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for

bail after framing of charge. The petitioner is in custody since

10.8.2024 and charge has been framed against the petitioner on

21.4.2025 vide order brought on record as Annexure-3 to the

petition.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned

A.P.P. for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

taking into consideration the allegations in the F.I.R., the liberty

granted in the earlier order of rejection dated 14.2.2025, the

petitioner being in custody since 10.8.2024 and charge having

been framed in the learned trial Court, the petitioner is directed

to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sessions Trial no.1013

of 2025, arising out of Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case no. 597 of

2024, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten

Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

satisfaction of the learned District and Additional Sessions

Judge-I, Patna.
