The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with
Complaint Case No.1150 of 2023 registered for the offence
under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the
petitioner is still ready and willing to keep his wife and both the
daughters with full honour and dignity and hence, the matter
may be referred to JHALSA for mediation between the parties.

3. Learned APP for the State and the O.P. No.2 raised no
objection. However, learned counsel for the O.P. No.2 submitted
that the cost may be provided to the O.P. No.2 for coming to
JHALSA.

4. Under the circumstances, both the petitioner and the O.P.
No.2 are directed to appear before the learned Member
Secretary, JHALSA on 04.06.2025.

5. The learned Member Secretary, JHALSA shall appoint a
Mediator for an amicable settlement of the dispute between both
the sides and shall submit the report before this Court on or before
02.07.2025.

6. Put up this case on 07.07.2025.

7. Till then, no coercive step shall be taken against the
petitioner.

8. However, the petitioner must furnish Rs.2000/- to the O.P.
No.2 for coming to JHALSA on each and every occasion before
the Mediator.

9. Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Member
Secretary, JHALSA for the needful.
