Pursuant to an order dated 05.03.2025, the affidavits which
were required to be filed by the contemnors have been filed. However, as
per submissions made by learned counsel for the contemnors, steps have
been taken to comply with the order under compliance and also to the
order dated 05.03.2025 passed in this contempt petition.
The order dated 05.03.2025 required the contemnors to pay,
in addition to the just dues of the petitioner, a sum of Rs. 9.00 lacs
forthwith which was imposed as costs and the further direction was given
to recover the same from the officer at whose behest, the LPA No.
121/2023 was filed.
