1. The present anticipatory bail application under Section 438

of CrPC has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in

connection with FIR No.9/1999 Police Station Viratnagar, District

Jaipur for the offences under Sections 395, 397 IPC and Section

3/25 of Arms Act.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not

want to press the instant bail application at this stage. However,

he submits that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the

concerned trial Court, therefore, he prays that a direction be

issued to the trial Court to consider his bail application

expeditiously.

3. Accordingly, this bail application filed by the petitioner under

Section 438 CrPC is dismissed as not pressed at this stage.

However, it is directed that if the petitioner surrenders before the

trial Court within two weeks, and applies for regular bail, the

learned trial Court shall consider his bail application expeditiously

in accordance with law.
