1. Since these two bail applications arise out
of one and same case record, the same are heard
together and disposed of by this common judgment
with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties.
2. These are applications U/S.483 BNSS by
the petitioners for grant of bail in connection with
Malkangiri PS Case No.167 of 2023 arising out of GR
Case No.90 of 2023, pending in the Court of learned
Sessions Judge-Cum-Special Judge, Malkangiri, for
commission of offences punishable U/S. 20(b)(ii)(C)/
25/ 29 of NDPS Act, on the main allegation of
transporting 475 Kgs of Contraband Ganja in 19 bags in
white color container bearing Regd. No.CG- 04 MA-
4123.
