That, the plaintiff has filed this suit for partition &
separate possession of the suit ‘A’ to ‘E’ schedule
properties claiming 1/4th share.
2) The averments made in the plaint in
brief are as follows:
a) The plaintiff submits that he is the son of V.
Rangaswamy and Smt. Prema @ Sowbhagyamma. The
marriage of Rangaswamy and Prema @
Sowbhagyamma is solemnized on 09.06.1976 and
immediately after giving birth to the plaintiff Prema@
Sowbhagyamma died. Thereafter, V. Rangaswamy
father of the plaintiff married Smt. Vedavathi defendant
No.1 herein in the year 1981. Plaintiff’s father had two
sons by name Naveen Kumar and Basavaraj defendant
No.2 and 3 from his 2 nd wife Vedavathi-def No.1 herein.
