1. Heard Sri Santosh Kr. Singh Paliwal, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.

2. The present application has been filed for the following relief:

“To quash the charge sheet dated 18.07.2014 as well as summoning order dated 25.11.2016 and N.B.W order dated 18.01.2019 passed by member Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Aligarh as well as entire criminal proceeding of Case No. 183/2016 (State Vs. Amir), arising out of Case Crime No. 663 of 2012, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B I.P.C., Police Station Civil Lines, District Aligarh.”

3.Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is juvenile and student of B.Tech and impugned order has been passed by the court without satisfying itself that the summon and other process for attendance has been served and without issuing any summon or bailable warrant, direct N.B.W. has been issued.
