1. Rejoinder affidavit, filed today, is taken on record.
2. This is the second bail application of the applicant. By means of the present bail application, the applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 87 of 2024, under Section 8/20/29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (hereinafter referred to as “NDPS Act”), Police Station- Biharigarh, District- Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial.
3. As per the prosecution story, the Contraband (Charas) was recovered from four persons weighting 3.450 kgs. The accused have stated that they have purchased the contraband (Charas) from the applicant and one Abdul.
4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that Abdul has been enlarged on bail by the coordinate Bench on 04.04.2025.
