1. In the instant petition, petitioner herein is seeking a direction upon the

respondents not to construct a road from Link Road Ghurtar Nakka,

Panchayat Saloonia-A to Saloonia Moh. Athrari Ward No. 4, Panchayat

Saloonia-B, Block Sathra, on the land of the petitioner to the extent of his

share in the land measuring 23 kanals, falling under Khasra No. 1236/773,

situated at Saloonia-A, Tehsil Mandi, District Poonch, without adopting due

procedure of law under Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in

Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

2. Issue notice in the main petition as well as in the application.

3. Mr. Sumeet Bhatia, learned counsel appearing vice Mrs. Monika Kohli,

learned Sr. AAG waived notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 7. He

seeks and is granted four weeks’ time for filing objections.

4. Notice be sent to respondent No. 8, returnable within four weeks. Requisites

for service of the respondent within one week.

5. List on 25.03.2025.

6. Meanwhile, subject to objections and till next date of hearing before the

Bench, respondents are directed not to dispossess the petitioner from his

proprietary land without adopting due procedure of law.
