defendant 2nd set/petitioners and Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, learned
counsel for the plaintiff/opposite parties.
2. This Civil Revision application has been filed
against the order dated 21.08.2018 passed in Title Suit No. 163
of 2015 by the learned Sub-Judge-1, Purnea whereby the
learned Sub-Judge has rejected the petition filed on behalf of the
defendant 2nd set/petitioners under Order VII Rule 11(d) of the
Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter referred as ‘the
C.P.C.’)
