Mphasis Limited appointed Sivaramakrishnan Puranam as the Company Secretary (Interim) and Compliance Officer of the Company, according to the regulatory filing.
He is a finance leader with over 24 years of experience in financial planning, revenue assurance, cost control, designing KPI, and P&L Management, dedicated to making a significant and sustainable impact by applying experience-based judgment and taking ownership with a focus on driving and achieving business objectives.
He joined Mphasis in 2011 and currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate FP&A. He has handled business Finance for various MU’s before the current role.
Before joining Mphasis, he worked with IBM, Tech Mahindra, Ashok Leyland, etc.
Before taking up finance as his focus area of expertise, he worked in a Secretarial function handling incorporation to book closure in the early part of his career.
He holds a postgraduate degree in Commerce and is a qualified Company Secretary and Cost Accountant. He has also done a Certification in Senior Management Program from IIM Calcutta.
The Board of Directors of the Company approved the appointment in the meeting held on January, 23.
