1. The present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik
Suraksha Sanhita, 20231 (erstwhile Section 482 of the Code of Criminal
Procedure, 19732) seeks quashing of FIR No. 135/20253 dated 16th March,
2025, registered under Sections 110 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Naya Sanhita,
20234 at P.S. Dwarka South, and all proceedings emanating therefrom.
