Heard Mrs. N. Savitri, learned counsel appearing for the
applicant.
Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA appeared for the respondent
nos. 1 & 2; and Mr. S. Jasobanta, learned counsel appeared for the
respondent no. 3.
The present application has been filed with a prayer for
amending the connected writ petition as proposed at paragraph no. 4 of
the present application on the ground that the said amendment is
necessary for deciding the issue raise in the present case and that no
grievances will be caused to the respondents.
Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA and Mr. S. Jasobanta, learned
counsel appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that they have no
objection in allowing the present amendment application.

In view of the submission made above, and on perusal of the
record, this Court is of the view that the amendments as proposed in the
present application needs to be allowed for deciding the issue raise in the
connected writ petition. Accordingly, the present application is hereby
allowed.
The applicant is directed to file recast of the connected writ
petition within a period of 2(two) weeks.
With the aforesaid direction, the present application stands
disposed of.
