1. In the instant petition, the petitioners herein have challenged
order dated 09.05.2024, passed by Respondent No. 1 in
reference dated 23.01.2024 made by Additional Commissioner
with powers of Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir in Revision
Petitions filed by the petitioners against mutation orders No.
730 dated 01.10.2003 and 729 dated 01.10.2003.
2. It is sated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the
learned Financial Commissioner has ignored the fact that the
mutations impugned were not in picture in the revision records
on the basis of the Customary Law but were attested on
fraudulently drawn Pedigree table wherein the names of the
Shaista Rashid Shah

petitioners were not reflected as legal heirs of deceased Ghulam
Qadir and Mst Khati.
3. Notice, waived by Mr. Satinder Singh Kalla, learned AAG
appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3. Notice shall also go
to Respondent No. 4.
4. Mr. Satinder Singh Kalla, learned AAG seeks and is granted
four weeks time for riling reply/response.
5. In the meanwhile, subject to objections and till next date of
hearing before the Bench, the parties to the lis are directed not
to create any third party interest.
