About the Opportunity
Lex Credence has opened up applications for multiple positions at their office in Pune.
Roles and Responsibilities
Dispute Resolution Team
- Represent clients in legal proceedings before Courts and Tribunals.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, applications, petitions, etc.
Corporate and Advisory Team
- Provide expert legal advice and support for corporate transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Conduct due diligence.
Research and Drafting Team
- Analysing precedents & statutes to provide insightful legal views.
- Drafting of pleadings and preparing notes, & briefing to seniors.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers – 0 to 1 year work experience
- Junior Associate / Associate-1 to 3 years work experience
- Experienced professionals-3 to 10 years work experience
- Minimum Commitment of 2 years required
- Ability to read, write and speak English, Marathi and Hindi.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Readiness and motivation to perform any other work as may be assigned.
- Commitment to maintaining professional ethics, confidentiality and integrity.
