About the Opportunity

Lex Credence has opened up applications for multiple positions at their office in Pune.

Roles and Responsibilities

Dispute Resolution Team

  • Represent clients in legal proceedings before Courts and Tribunals.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, applications, petitions, etc.

Corporate and Advisory Team

  • Provide expert legal advice and support for corporate transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Conduct due diligence.

Research and Drafting Team

  • Analysing precedents & statutes to provide insightful legal views.
  • Drafting of pleadings and preparing notes, & briefing to seniors.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Freshers – 0 to 1 year work experience
  • Junior Associate / Associate-1 to 3 years work experience
  • Experienced professionals-3 to 10 years work experience
  • Minimum Commitment of 2 years required
  • Ability to read, write and speak English, Marathi and Hindi.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Readiness and motivation to perform any other work as may be assigned.
  • Commitment to maintaining professional ethics, confidentiality and integrity.
