1. Three petitioners by reference to an interim order dated 24.03.2025

passed in the writ petition WP(C) No. 639/2025 are now coming

forward with the present contempt petition invoking jurisdiction

under article 215 of the Constitution of India read with sections 11

& 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 alleging that the two

contemnors namely Ms. Ayushi Sudan Chairman, District Health

Society Kupwara and Dr. Mohammad Ramzan Mir, Convenor,

District Health Society Kupwara are acting in blatant disobedience

and disregard with respect to the letter and spirit compliance of the

direction given in the Order dated 24.03.2025 which as per the

learned counsel for the petitioners is meant to preserve the

engagement status of the petitioners as Female Multipurpose Health

Workers.

2. Issue notice to the respondents/contemnors.

3. List this contempt petition along with the main writ petition which

is posted for 13.05.2025.

4. In the meanwhile, petitioners to furnish registered postal covers

within seven days whereupon notices to go to the above named two

respondents/contemnors for filing Statement of Facts meeting para

wise allegations as made in the contempt petition by the petitioners.
