The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the
memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and the earlier order of the
High Court dated 03.06.2009 made in CRLRC.MP.No.1151 of 2009 & order
dated 26.03.2025 & 05.08.2025`_ made herein and upon hearing the arguments
of sri Narasimha Rao Gudiseva, Advocate for the Pet-ltioner and of Public
prosecutor for Respondent, the Court made the following
ORDER:
ff This Court on O5IO8.2025 directed, the petitioner be arrested and
produce before this Court.
No application has been filed seeking for releasing the petitioner
on bail before this Court.
The Station House Officer, Kaikaluru is directed to produce the
petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate of I class, Kaikaluru. On
filing of any application before the learned Judicial Magistrate of I class,
Kaikaluru by the petitioner, the petitioner shall be enlarg on bail, subject
to his executing a personal bohd for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten
Thousand only), with two srireties for a like sum each to the satisfaction
of the learned Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Kaikaluru, on the same day
