produce before this Court.
No application has been filed seeking for releasing the petitioner
on bail before this Court.
The Station House Officer, Kaikaluru is directed to produce the
petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate of I class, Kaikaluru. On
filing of any application before the learned Judicial Magistrate of I class,
Kaikaluru by the petitioner, the petitioner shall be enlarg on bail, subject
to his executing a personal bohd for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten
Thousand only), with two srireties for a like sum each to the satisfaction
of the learned Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Kaikaluru, on the same day
