1. The instant bail application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya
Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (earlier under Section 439 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure, 1973) has been filed on behalf of the
petitioner/applicant seeking grant of regular bail in FIR No. 710/2020
registered at Police Station Nangloi for the offence punishable under
Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under Sections 25/27 of
the Arms Act, 1959.
