Mr. A.R. Malik, learned Senior Additional Advocate General, with
reference to the averment made in para 7 of the status report dated May 29,
2025, submits that the process as regards the scrutiny of the applications,
received by respondent authority, is in progress. And as indicated in the
affidavit shall be concluded within four weeks from today, whereupon, not
much time would be required to constitute the State Commission for
Protection of Child Rights.

He submits that proceedings be deferred by four weeks so as to
apprise this Court of the further progress made in this regard.
