2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in
connection with Special Case No.13 of 2024(SC/ST)
pending in the Court of learned Judge, Special Court,
Boudh, arising out Kantamal P.S. Case No.83 of 2024
for commission of offence punishable under Sections
326/ 307/ 294/ 506/ 120-B IPC read with Section
3(1)(r)/ 3(1)(s)/ 3(2)(v) of (SC/ST) PoA Act and read
with Section 25 and 27 of Arms Act.
3. Learned counsel for the State opposes such
prayer.
4. In the light of the order passed by this Court in
the case of Pramod Kumar Ray and others Vrs.
State of Odisha, (2017) 67 OCR 309, this ABLAPL
is disposed of with the following directions.
