01. The petitioner-Nagraj V is one of four accused persons in a
pending criminal case arising out of FIR No. 77/2024 dated 26.04.2024
registered by the Police Station Anantnag for the commission of offence
under section 420 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) 1860 which resulted in
presentation of the Final Report (Challan) No. 51 of 2024 dated
06.08.2024 thereby booking the four accused persons of commission of
offences under sections 420/120-B/467/468/471/419 of Indian Penal
Code (IPC) 1860.
