1. The instant bail application has been filed by the petitioner

under Section 483 BNSS who has been arrested in connection with

the FIR No.43/2018 dated 13.03.2018 registered at the Police

Station Badisadri District Chittorgarh for the offences under

Sections 148, 149 and 307 of the IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner

has been falsely implicated in the case while alleging that he along

with the co-accused, armed with guns attacked the car in which

the complainant was travelling along with his family and shot at

the car. He further submits that the complainant has not received

any injury. He also submits that the charge-sheet has been filed.

He also submits that the co-accused Mukesh, Dhanraj and Ambalal

have been enlarged on bail by the Coordinate Bench vide order

dated 17.09.2018 passed in SBCRLMB No.7999/2018 and thus,

the petitioner also deserves to be released on bail. He also

submits that in the previous criminal antecedents, the petitioner

has been enlarged on bail.
