1. In compliance of order of this Court dated 04.08.2025, the appellant nos. 1 to 3 namely Nanhe Singh S/o Rukmangal Singh, Chhotey Singh S/o Rukmangal Singh and Jhabley Singh S/o Shanker Singh are present before this Court, who have been identified by their counsel Shri Ajeet Kumar Singh.
2. Heard Shri Ajeet Kumar Singh,, learned counsel for the appellants and Shri Ajay Kumar Srivastava, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The instant Criminal Appeal under Section 374 (2), Cr.P.C. read with Section 389 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the appellants against the judgment and order 19.10.2013 passed by the Additional Session Judge, Court No. 4, Hardoi, in Session Trial No. 802 of 2000, arising out of Crime No. 204 of 1998, P.S. Lonar, District Hardoi, convicting and sentencing the appellants under Section 325/34 IPC to undergo four years rigorous imprisonment with fine of Rs. 10,000/-, under Sections 324/34 IPC to undergo three years rigorous imprisonment with fine of Rs. 5,000/-, under Sections 323/34 to undergo six months rigorous imprisonment and fine of Rs. 2,000/-, under Section 504 IPC to undergo six month rigorous imprisonment, under Section 506 to under go one year rigorous imprisonment and under Section 3(1)(x) of SC/ST Act to undergoone year rigorous imprisonment with fine of Rs. 2,000/-, with default stipulations in all sentences. All sentences were directed to be run concurrently.
