3. The appellant has been arraigned as an accused
in C.R. No.11204045230661/2023, registered at
Nadiad Rural Police Station, Kheda for the
offences punishable under Sections 304, 308,
328, 465, 467, 468, 471, 274, 275, 276, 34, 201
& 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and
Sections 65(A), 65(1)(a), 67A(1-a) & 81 of the
Gujarat Prohibition Act, 1949.
