482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 1 might have inadvertently not

been referred to in the impugned order and the High Court proceeded to

notice that the allegations levelled in the FIR under consideration are similar to

the allegations levelled in a previous FIR which is under challenge in a pending

petition2 under Section 482 of the Cr. PC before the High Court and there is a

subsisting interim order.

2. Issue notice, returnable in four weeks.

3. There shall be stay of further proceedings of FIR No. 255 dated

14.06.2022 (registered under Sections 120-B, 406, 420, 409, 467, 468, 471 of

the Indian Penal Code, 1860, Section 447 of the Companies Act and Section 3

of the Haryana Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishments

Act, 2013) qua the petitioner only.
