1. This anticipatory bail application has been filed by the

accused petitioner under Section 482 B.N.S.S. in connection with

FIR No. 570/2023 registered at Police Station Udhyog Nagar (Kota

City) District Kota City for offence under Sections 420, 406, 467

and 468 of IPC.

2. Heard.

3. Considered the submissions made at bar.

4. On consideration of nature of allegations against the

petitioner and so also the fact that six other criminal cases

including four of similar nature are pending against the accused-

petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the benefit of

anticipatory bail to the accused-petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
