About the Competition
The Client Counselling Competition, organized by the Moot Court Committee, School of Law, Sushant University, Gurugram, reflects the School’s vision to promote practical legal skills, ethical values, and professional excellence among budding lawyers. This competition offers students a platform to simulate real-life client interactions, fostering their ability to listen, analyze, and advise effectively.
It encourages a holistic approach to legal education by integrating empathy, communication, and problem-solving, core to the practice of law. Participants will engage with hypothetical client problems, demonstrating both legal knowledge and interpersonal sensitivity. The event aims to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world legal practice. Through this initiative, the School of Law continues its commitment to nurturing competent, compassionate, and socially responsible legal professionals.
Eligibility
The competition shall be open for bonafide students who are pursuing a 5-year Integrated law BA/BBA LLB Program or 3-year LL.B Program from an Institute/ University in India. Such Institutions must be recognized by the Bar Council of India.
Team Composition
Each team shall consist of two persons that qualify the eligibility criteria. The participants may be from different University/Law School/College/Departments.

Fee
Payment of Rs. 500/- (Five Hundred), per team, can be made only through online mode.
