The PSI of K.S.Layout Police Station has filed charge
sheet against accused persons for the offences punishable U/s.
120-B, 420, 468, 471 R/w sec., 34 of IPC.

2. The brief facts of the prosecution case are as
follows:-
It is alleged that, the property bg.old No.40, new No.240
site No.60, situated at Bikasipura, K.s.Layout, within the
jurisdiction of K.S.Layout Police Station, originally belongs to
Cw2-Shakeela Ahmed Khureshi on 13.5.1982 this property
was transferred from Chinappa to Gayithrri, then to Smt.
K.Nalini and on 24.9.1998 from K.Nalini toShakeela Ahmd
through registered deed. Accused No.1 with an intention to
cheat the Cw.1 have used the name Gayithri as impersonation,
in furtherance of your common intention, the accused No.1
with an intention to grab the property have cheated the CW1,
in furtherance of the common intention have created, forged
the property documents with an intention to cheat the Cw.1,
further the accused No.1 had opened bank accounts in Andra
Bank, Manday branch used the created, forged property
documents as an genuine documents, with an intention to
cheat the Cw.1, in furtherance of the common intention the
accused persons made criminally conspiracy to cheat the Cw.1
by grabing the property and creating forged documents and
thereby the accused persons have committed the above said
alleged offences which are offences punishable U/s.120-B,
420, 468, 471 R/w sec., 34 of IPC.
