Impugned in this LPA filed by the appellant is an interim order
dated 3rd March, 2023 passed in WP (C) No. 202/2025 tiled “Reyaz
Ahmad Rather & Ors. Vs. UT of JK and others”. It is submitted that in
compliance with impugned order, the Deputy Commissioner, Budgam
has already carried „No-Confidence Motion‟, and therefore, this petition
is rendered infructuous.
