Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised NDR InvIT Trust. This transaction involved NDR InvIT Trust acquiring 100% of the share capital of Nandav Warehousing Private Limited and Kosamba Logistics Private Limited, and 100% of the partnership interest of SGP Universal LLP, which collectively house an operational logistics warehouse (“Target Entities”). The Target Entities are engaged in the business of development, operation and management of warehouses in Surat, Gujarat.
