1. Heard learned counsel for the caveator.
2. Caveats stand discharged.

1. This Civil 1st Miscellaneous Appeal under Section 104 read with
Order 43, Rule 1 C.P.C., 1908 has been filed against order dated
30.06.2025 passed by the Court of Ld. 1 st Additional District
Judge, Jammu in civil suit titled “Neeru Rajput and Ors. vs.
DAV College Managing Committee and Ors.” whereby the
interim injunction order of status quo dated 02.05.2024 with
regard to the services of the appellants has been vacated.

2. Learned counsel for the appellants states that Court of the 1st
Additional District Judge, Jammu has not appreciated the
contentions being raised by the appellants in its right
perspective.
3. Registry is directed to summon the digitized record from the
Court of the 1st Additional District Judge, Jammu.
4. Learned counsel for the respondents states that in terms of the
impugned order dated 30.06.2025 the appellants herein have
already been relieved with effect from 01.07.2025 and the new
incumbents have joined against the said post after 03.07.2025.
5. List on 23.07.2025.
6. Meanwhile, subject to objections from the other side and till
next date of hearing, parties are directed to maintain status-quo
as it exists today.
