1. This is an appeal arising out of an order passed by the learned Single
Judge in connection with an application under Section 34 of the
Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
2. Mr. Jishnu Chowdhury, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf
of the appellant, on instructions, submits that the appellant is not
inclined to file any application for stay of operation of the impugned
order and necessary direction be passed for preparation of paper book
in order to make the appeal ready for hearing.
3. The appeal is admitted.
