1. Instant bail application has been filed by petitioner under

Section 483 B.N.S.S. in connection with FIR No.49/2025

registered at Police Station Raja Khera, District Dholpur for

offences under Sections 189(2), 109(1), 121(1), 132, 303(2),

281, 125(a) of B.N.S. and Sections 29, 51 of Wildlife Protection

Act and Sections 41 and 42 of Rajasthan Forest Act.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is

in custody since long and charge sheet has been filed. He has also

submitted that co-accused has been released on bail and there are

no criminal antecedents against the petitioner, therefore,

petitioner be released on bail

3. Learned Public Prosecutors vehemently opposed the bail

application.

4. Heard counsel for petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor as

well as perused the material available on record.

5. Having considered the nature of offences and the fact that

petitioner is in custody since long, charge sheet has been filed, co-

accused has also been released on bail and there is no criminal

antecedent against the petitioner, but without commenting on

merits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to release

the petitioners on bail.

6. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is ordered

that the accused-petitioner Nepal Singh @ Nepali S/o Ranveer

shall be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in

the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to

the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for his appearance

before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and

when called upon to do so.
