1. The present bail application has been preferred by the

petitioner under Section 483 of BNSS (Old Section 439 Cr.P.C.) in

connection with FIR No.672/2024 registered at Police Station

Anoopgarh, District Sriganganagar for the offences punishable

under Sections 331(6), 115(2), 117(2), 118(2), 291, 109(1),

324(4), 190, 191(2) and 191(3) of the BNS, 2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner

has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted

that co-accused (1) Yogendra Kumar @ Yogi, (2) Dilbag Singh, (3)

Ravi Singh, (4) Jagga @ Jagsir Singh, (5) Jashandeep Singh, (6)

Malkeet Singh and (7) Balvinder Singh have already been enlarged

on bail on 13.06.2025, 05.06.2025, 22.04.2025 and 09.04.2025

in SB Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 7042/2025, 7043/2025,

6672/2025, 4450/2025 and 129/2025. The accused-petitioner is

in judicial custody since long and the trial of the case will take

long time. Therefore, it is prayed that the accused-petitioner may

be enlarged on bail.

3. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail

application.

4. Having regard to the totality of the facts and circumstances

of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the

case, I deem it just and proper to grant bail to the accused

petitioner under Section 483 of BNSS (Old Section 439 Cr.P.C.).

5. Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 483 of

BNSS (Old Section 439 Cr.P.C.) is allowed and it is directed that

petitioner Nijja @ Nirmal Singh S/o Manga Singh @ Mangal Singh

shall be released on bail in connection with FIR No. 672/2024 of

Police Station Anoopgarh, District Sriganganagar provided he

executes a personal bond in a sum of Rs.50,000/-with two sound

and solvent sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of

learned trial Court for his appearance before that court on each

and every date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till

the completion of the trial.
