Petitioners are aggrieved of notices bearing Nos.557 and 558 respectively

dated 16.05.2025 issued by the respondent, under Section 67 NDPS Act,

primarily on the ground that they have been issued in a mechanical manner after a

period of more than 03 years from the filing of initial complaint and that no

recovery has been affected from them.

Prima facie, case for indulgence is made out.

Notice.

Mr. Vishal Sharma, learned DSGI waives notice on behalf of the

respondent. He seeks and is granted four weeks’ time to file response.

List on 25.08.2025.

Meanwhile, impugned notices shall stay.
