1. The petitioner wife has preferred this petition under Section
25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking transfer of the
proceedings instituted by the respondent-husband from the Court of
Principal Judge, Family Court, District Baran, State of Rajasthan
to any Court of competent jurisdiction at Family Court Dwarka,
Delhi.
2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing the learned
counsel appearing for the parties jointly submitted that the
parties have been able to arrive at amicable settlement.
3. The settlement has been reduced into writing duly signed by
the parties and notarised. The petitioner namely Nikita Gupta is
