1. This petition under section 482 of Cr.P.C. to quash and set
aside FIR being C.R.No.I-101 of 2017 registered with Rajpipla
Police Station, Narmada for the offence under sections 306 and
114 of IPC and under section 3(2)(5) of the of the Scheduled
Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and all
the consequential proceedings arising therefrom qua the present
petitioners.
2. Brief facts of the case are as under :-
2.1 It is alleged in the complaint that complainant and his son

were working in the Company known as Birla Century, where
the applicant no.1 is working as Supervisor and the applicant
no.2 is the Head of the Department. It is alleged that the
applicants have forced the son of the complainant to give
resignation since he was worker of the Company and because of
which, the son of the complainant consumed poisonous
substance on 10.07.2017 and after about 19 days of
hospitalization, ultimately he passed away on 29.07.2017 and
accordingly the present complaint is filed after about a period of
one month i.e. on 19.08.2017. Hence, present petition.
