1. The present application has been filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya
Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) seeking grant of anticipatory bail in
FIR bearing no. 503/2023 registered under Sections 419/420/467/471 of
Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) at Police Station (P.S.) Farash Bazar, Delhi.

2. In brief, the case of the prosecution as borne out from the status
reports is that the aforesaid FIR was registered on the complaint of Ms.
Sameeksha Sharma against her nephew Nitin Vashisht [Applicant herein]
and his mother Smt. Kusum Lata, who is the sister of the complainant.
